April 2025 Release Notes (V2)

Welcome to this month’s product updates! Below is a summary of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes released during this cycle. These updates are designed to improve your overall experience and streamline your workflows within Sessionboard.


✅ New Features

  1. Save Submission Form as a Draft: Submitters can now save their session submission forms as a draft before completing the full submission. This allows users to begin their work and return to it at their convenience without losing progress.

  2. Email Campaign Stats (Available in CRM + Event Level): Teams now have access to email campaign statistics within the CRM and the event level. Users can see high-level deliverability metrics and drill down into recipient-level details for better email performance tracking.

    *Please don't worry about any emails with a status of 'Dropped'.*

✨ Enhancements

  1. Filter + Sort By “Assigned Portal”: We've added the ability to filter and sort by the field "Assigned Portal" within the following modules: Contacts, Speakers, Sponsors, and Exhibitors.

🔗Integration Updates

Our integrations continue to improve! Read more about our recent updates below. 

  1. *NEW* Webhooks: A webhook (also called a web callback or HTTP push) is a way for the Sessionboard API to provide integrated applications with information. Webhooks deliver information to your applications in real-time, meaning you get an immediate notification.
