Welcome to this month’s product updates! Below is a summary of new features and enhancements released during this cycle. These updates are designed to improve your overall experience and streamline your workflows within Sessionboard.

✅ New Features

1. Bulk download headshots: Quickly download speaker headshots in bulk
   
2. Share Content with a Link: Generate a direct link to share content with team members, eliminating the need to download the file.
   
3. Session Reporting Fields: Quickly see which sessions have completed their tasks, providing an easy way to track progress within the event.
   
4. Custom Header & Footer in Session Submission Form: Add a custom header and/or footer code to personalize your session submission form, allowing more flexibility during the configuration process.

5. In-line Doc Editing: Admin users can now easily edit Docx session content directly within the platform and instantly share the updated document with participants through the portal.

✨ Enhancements

1. Public/Hidden Speakers: Hide specific speakers from appearing in the event embed or being accessible through the API, offering more control over speaker visibility.
   
2. Open Files from File Requests Results Page: You can now easily open files directly from the File Request results page without needing to open each submission to download.
   
3. CRM Email History: You can now access a comprehensive history log of all emails sent from your account organization/CRM.
   
4. Use Filters on Custom Evaluator/Session Manager Roles: Duplicate the default Evaluator/Session Manager roles to create a tailored role with specific permissions for your event, leveraging filters to control what sessions and contacts these users have access to.

🔗Integration Updates

Our integrations continue to improve! Read more about our recent updates below. 

1. *NEW* InGo: Leverage InGo’s Social Share Widgets within your Sessionboard Speaker, Sponsor, or Exhibitor Portals to enhance engagement and social reach.
   
2. Cvent: With our Cvent integration, you can now sync just your speakers, allowing you to add these speakers to your website before completing your full agenda.
   
3. Swapcard: Enable 'Sync Speakers as Users' if you wish for them to have an account in Swapcard and access their event by logging in. Having an account would permit said speaker to access the app and interact within the event.
