Welcome to this month’s product updates! Below is a summary of new features and enhancements released during this cycle. These updates are designed to improve your overall experience and streamline your workflows within Sessionboard.
✅ New Features
- Session Audit Log: Track all changes made to a session with the new Audit Log, now accessible directly from each session page.
NOTE: All changes to a session made on or after June 4th will appear in the session audit log. - Import Headshots: Teams can now import headshots into Sessionboard by adding a public-facing image URL when creating or updating a contact. This makes it easier to bulk upload contact photos.

- CRM Dashboard Widgets:
- Speaker Engagement Flow: Visualizes the speaker journey from initial outreach to acceptance, including how many were emailed, accepted, or linked to multiple events.
- Top Companies: Lists companies with the highest number of associated contacts, helping you spot organizations with strong speaker participation.
- Speaker Source: Breaks down how speaker records were added—via submission form, application, or manual entry/importing.
- Topic/Expertise: Categorizes contacts based on topics or areas of expertise, helping you analyze trends and speaker alignment (references the standard field 'Topic / Expertise').
- Contacts by Region: Conveniently see where your contacts are located around the globe.
- Speaker Engagement Flow: Visualizes the speaker journey from initial outreach to acceptance, including how many were emailed, accepted, or linked to multiple events.

- Top Companies: Displays a list of companies with the highest number of associated contacts (references the standard field 'Company Name').
- [History Module] Audit Log: The newly designed audit log page provides a detailed, table-based view of actions, such as create, update, and delete, along with the exact date and time they occurred.

- Stova Auto-Sync: The Stova auto-sync functionality ensures that new or updated sessions and speakers are continuously synced to Stova every 30 minutes.
