Welcome to this month’s product updates! Below is a summary of new features, enhancements, and bug fixes released during this cycle. These updates are designed to improve your overall experience and streamline your workflows within Sessionboard.


✅ New Features

  1. Assign Tasks Directly to Contacts, Groups, or Sessions: Admins can assign tasks to individual records directly from the Contacts, Speakers, Sessions, Sponsors, or Exhibitors modules in just a few clicks.

  2. Merge Duplicate Contacts in Your CRM: Maintain accurate contact data to ensure smooth communication and efficient speaker management. Easily merge up to three duplicate contacts at once for a streamlined, organized database. Admins can now merge up to three contacts at a time.

✨ Enhancements

  1. Increased visibility in sent emails: After sending an email through Sessionboard, Admins can monitor whether the email has been delivered, opened, or clicked. 
  2. List Speakers in their Assigned Order: Customize and update your speaker order to best reflect your event's priorities. This revised order will show in the Portal along with the Contact and Session profiles.
