We will show you how to track user 00:04: activity within your event including emails and SMS messages sent 00:09: Navigate to the history module on the left side of your screen. 00:14: There are three areas that allow you to track activity, email sent. 00:19: SMS messages sent. 00:21: And changes made decisions, contacts groups, and evaluation plans. 00:27: The emails page within the history module provides, a comprehensive log of all 00:31: email Communications created and sent through the platform by event team members 00:35: as well as a short list of system-generated emails. 00:39: Emails are categorized into campaigns and sent emails campaigns 00:44: are a coordinated series of emails, said to a targeted group of recipients 00:48: with a specific purpose. Email campaigns might be used to 00:52: notify speakers of important deadlines or share acceptance updates. 00:57: Clicking on a campaign subject, line opens, a pop-up with campaign details. 01:02: The sent emails section displays all individual emails said to recipients, 01:06: click on a subject line, to view, the specific email said to each recipient. 01:12: The SMS page displays all SMS. 01:15: Messages said to event contacts, Click the blue text in 01:19: the message column to view the message sent to each recipient. 01:23: The audit page provides a detailed activity log of all key changes made within 01:27: your event such as session, status updates or content edits. 01:31: Each entry shows who made the change what was modified and offers a 01:35: view link for more context. 01:38: The history module helps teams.
