[VIDEO] Creating & Sending Emails

00:00: Welcome to session board in this video, we will walk through how to create and 00:04: send an email to your event contacts. 00:07: Emails can be sent from the contacts speakers. 00:09: Exhibitors sponsors and sessions modules. 00:13: In this demonstration, we will walk through the process of sending emails from the sessions 00:18: module, which is, especially useful, if you need to include session and speaker metadata 00:23: However, the steps for sending an email are the same across all of the listed modules. 00:29: Within the sessions module, there are predefined filters of the top of the page 00:33: based on session status. Select a status to view all sessions 00:37: with that Associated status, this helps streamline the process of sending 00:41: emails to sessions with similar statuses We recommend increasing 00:45: your pagination to 100 in the bottom right hand corner. 00:48: As emails can only be sent in batches of up to 100 at a time. 00:53: Select all Records On the Page by clicking the checkbox. 00:56: In the header row, then click the send emails button located in the action 01:00: bar. 01:02: Within the pop-up, select the recipient type from the drop-down menu in the send 01:06: to filled each contact associated. 01:08: With their respective session, will receive an individual email If 01:12: you select session speakers plus additional contacts, the additional contact 01:17: will also receive their own separate email.
