Submission and Portal Form updates, Agenda builder updates, Setting Speaker Display Order

Agenda Builder Updates

Admins will see a new menu option under Agenda: Settings. In the agenda settings, admins will now be able to

• Pick and choose which room locations are viewable in the scheduler room view.
• Set custom drag-and-drop times for sessions based on Format (the default is 1 hour). This will reduce the time spent adjusting each session format. 
• Customize which session statuses beyond Acepted in Agenda view (including list) are available in the agenda builder to help build out the agenda earlier.

Session Submission Form

Sessionboard has updated the session submission form to simplify field customization. One-click "Customize Question" provides a consolidated view of field labels, help text, and required settings all in one screen. Previously, there were four different inputs for each question.

• Labels now show as the question text, so it's easier to see what they will look like on your form.
• You can add links and basic formatting to questions! Help emphasize what's important and share external resources to reference from the form.
• If you want to see the original field name, you can hover over the icon to view it.

Bulk Edits to Speakers Tied to Sessions

Portal Forms

Newly created portal forms have a new export option. Now, users who complete and submit a portal form will receive a downloadable copy of their results (great for agreement forms!).

In addition to speakers/form submitters receiving a downloadable copy of their form, admins may now download their form submissions as a zip file. 

Image Upload

When uploading images, you can now make transformations such as setting precise pixel size, cropping, applying filters, adjusting image quality settings, and adding borders to images directly in the platform.

 Integration Updates: Gleanin

Updates to our Gleanin integration include the removal of Sessions and Speakers. Sessions that change from Accepted to another status will be removed from Gleanin on resync. This update also carries to Speakers, so when they are removed from a session, the speaker will be removed from sessions in Gleanin upon resync.
