Mark Tasks Complete for Portal Users

Learn how to monitor portal task completion and mark tasks as complete for portal users. 

Sessionboard admins have the capability to efficiently manage and complete tasks on behalf of portal users. Admins can manage and complete tasks for users in the contact profile page.

Complete Portal Tasks in the Individual Contact Profile

As an admin: 

  • Navigate to the Contact or Speaker Dashboard View

  • Find the Contact who you would like to complete their tasks for.

  • Click on the pencil icon next to their name. 
    • This will open their contact profile. 
  • Scrolling down below the Sessions and Notes section, you'll see the Portal Tasks section.

  • Here, admins will see all portal tasks assigned to this contact, the status of each task, and can complete any task on behalf of the contact. 

Any changes made here will be reflected in the user’s portal view, ensuring they see the most up-to-date status of their tasks.
