❗️Contact support@sessionboard.com to have headshot compression enabled within your event. Please share the desired compression size for your images (i.e., 1.5 MB).
Sessionboard accepts images up to 1.95 MB.
Navigate to the Contacts or Speakers module and select the contacts you wish to compress headshots for using the checkbox to the left of the contact record. At the top of your page, select More > Compress Headshot Photos.
There is no formal notification when image compression is complete; however, you can verify the process by checking the Large Image filter within the Speakers module. If the contact no longer appears in this filtered view, the image has been successfully compressed to your desired size.
❗️Any new headshots submitted or uploaded by the event team will automatically be compressed to your desired size.
