The Evaluation Summary Page is a powerful new dashboard that provides a high-level overview of all session evaluations within your event. This page is designed to help event teams quickly assess evaluation progress, identify top-performing sessions, and track evaluator engagement in real-time.
How to Access the Summary Page
In the left-hand menu, select Evaluation under the Sessions module and click on the page Summary at the top of your page.
The Summary page includes the following key metrics and visualizations:
💡TIP: Click the blue external link icon to the right of a session to view its full details in a new tab.
Top-Level Stats

# of Evaluations: Total number of evaluations submitted.

# of Evaluated Sessions: Total sessions that have received at least one evaluation.

# of Evaluation Plans: Total active evaluation plans in the event (includes both AI & standard Evaluation Plans).

# of Evaluators: Number of unique evaluators who are assigned to an evaluation plan.
Highest and Lowest Scoring Sessions

View the session with the highest average score and the one with the lowest. Helpful for identifying your strongest and weakest submissions.
Completion Status Chart

A visual breakdown of the evaluation process showing the percentage of completed and incomplete evaluation plans.
Average Session Score by Plan

A bar graph comparing average scores across different evaluation plans.
Top 10 Sessions

A ranked list of the sessions with the highest average scores.
“Thought-Provoking” Sessions

Sessions that received a wide range of evaluator feedback from the highest and the lowest score. This highlights submissions that may be more subjective or spark discussion.
