The easiest way to connect with a support representative is to use our in-app messenger. When accessing a Sessionboard page, click on the blue question mark in the top right-hand corner of your screen between 'My Portal' and your profile.

When contacting support, we recommend including the following information within your communication so that our team can best assist:

  • Event name

  • Description of issue/question

  • Pictures or videos to support the description
