How to view and download files from my portal?

Files can be available in the form of a document to download or an external link (i.e. Google Docs, or YouTube video).

1. Log into your portal

2. Within your portal, navigate to the header "Files".

3. Select the file that you would like to view and/or download. Files will open in a page.
